纳米抗体对流感病毒H5N1的保护和中和活性
用A/Vietnam/ 1194/04毒株筛选得到的28个纳米抗体中挑取两个(Infl-C8和Infl-B12),用于中和假病毒A/Vietnam/1203/04 。
两种VHH都与唾液酸糖蛋白胎蛋白竞争,胎蛋白结合血凝素5的受体结合位点(图3B)。oth VHH competed withsialylglycoprotein fetuin, which binds the receptor binding site ofhemagglutinin 5 (Fig. 3B).
